[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 일자리 종합 박람회인 ‘2025 경남 잡 퀘스트(JOB Quest)’가 16일 창원컨벤션센터에서 경남도와 경남투자경제진흥원 주최로 개막했다.
이번 박람회는 ‘꿈을 향한 새로운 시작’이라는 슬로건 아래, 기존 시군별로 분산돼 열리던 일자리 박람회를 통합한 대규모 채용박람회로, 구인·구직자 간 실질적인 만남의 장을 마련하고 지역 고용시장에 활력을 불어넣기 위해 기획됐다.
박람회에는 총 100여 개 기업 및 기관이 참여해 현장 채용상담을 진행했으며, 약 3,000명의 구직자가 현장을 찾아 높은 관심을 보였다.
특히, 하반기 채용계획이 있는 107개사는 총 579명의 인재를 찾기 위해 직·간접으로 참여했다.
이날 개막식에서는 올 한해 고용 안정과 청년 친화적 근무환경 조성에 기여한 고용우수기업 10개사와 청년친화기업 11개사에 대한 인증서 수여식도 함께 진행됐다.
고용우수기업은 자동차, 조선, 항공, 스마트 제조 등 경남 주력 산업 분야에서 활약하는 지역 강소기업들로, 양질의 일자리 제공과 근로환경 개선에 지속적으로 기여하고 있다.
선정기업에는 △작업환경개선비, △고용장려금, △중소기업육성자금 이차보전 우대, △지방세 세무조사 유예 등 다양한 인센티브가 제공된다.
청년친화기업은 청년 선호 근로조건을 갖춘 중소기업을 대상으로 선정되며, △2년간 최대 2천만 원의 복지지원금, △육아휴직 대체 청년인턴 지원금 등 맞춤형 혜택이 주어진다.
이번 박람회는 현장 채용뿐만 아니라 실전 취업 준비를 돕는 프로그램도 다양하게 운영됐다.
두산에너빌리티, 한화에어로스페이스, 엘지전자, 한화엔진 등 도내 주요 대기업의 채용전형 설명회를 비롯해, 현직 인사담당자 토크콘서트, 취업 전략 강의 등 실전 중심 프로그램이 참가자들로부터 큰 호응을 얻었다.
이외에도 증명사진 촬영, 직무 성격유형검사(MBTI), 퍼스널컬러 진단, 면접 메이크업, 지문적성검사 등 부대 이벤트가 운영돼 구직자들의 취업 역량 향상에도 기여했다.
고용노동부 정책체험관 ‘잡(job)스토리24’는 편의점 콘셉트를 활용해 고용 정책을 쉽고 흥미롭게 소개하고, 고용상담도 함께 진행해 눈길을 끌었다.
개막식 하이라이트로 진행된 캘리그라피 퍼포먼스는 ‘경남에서 꿈을 잡고 미래를 그리다’라는 메시지를 현장에서 작품화했다. 여기에 주요 내빈이 서명을 더해 ‘성장과 일자리 창출의 선순환’에 대한 지역의 의지를 상징적으로 표현했다.
