인천시교육청에 따르면, 제1홀에서 열리는 인천직업교육박람회는 인천 지역 29개 직업계고가 참여해 각 학교의 특성화 교육과정을 소개하고, 직업정보관·진학관·체험관 등 다양한 부스를 운영해 학생과 학부모에게 진로 상담과 체험 기회를 제공한다.
제2홀에서 진행되는 글로벌 취업·창업박람회는 약 90여 개 부스를 운영하며, 실전·AI 모의 면접, 글로벌 인턴십 정보 제공, 창업동아리 체험존, 창업 마켓 등 프로그램을 마련했다. 문화공연과 토크콘서트도 열려 시민 누구나 참여할 수 있다.
