[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 국가정보자원관리원 화재로 인한 정부 전산망 마비 후 시민 불편이 이어지고 있는 가운데 전국 화장시설 예약 서비스인 'e하늘장사정보시스템' 접속도 막혀 유족과 장례식장 직원들은 화장을 예약하기 위해 화장장에 일일이 전화를 돌리는 등 불편을 겪고 있다.
이런 가운데 경남도는 발 빠른 대응으로 도민들의 화장 서비스 이용에 차질이 없도록 조치에 나섰다고 29일 밝혔다.
이번 화재로 전국적으로 화장 예약 시스템에 장애가 발생하자 경남도는 곧바로 전 시군 화장시설에 유선 및 수기 예약 접수 체계를 가동하도록 했다.
또한, 화장 수요가 늘어날 가능성에 대비해 각 시설에서 예비 화로를 탄력적으로 운영할 수 있도록 준비를 마쳤다.
실제로 도내 10개 화장시설은 36기의 운영 화로와 8기의 예비 화로를 확보하고 있으며, 현재까지 예약 적체나 서비스 지연 없이 안정적으로 운영되고 있다.
창원시립상복공원, 진주시안락공원, 김해추모의공원 등 주요 거점 화장장 모두 정상 가동 중이다.
경남도는 도민 불편을 최소화하기 위해 각 시설 홈페이지에 긴급 안내를 게시하고, 화장증명서 등 민원 서류도 수기 발급 체계로 전환해 차질 없이 처리하고 있다.
노치홍 경남도 노인정책과장은 “국가정보자원관리원 화재라는 예기치 못한 상황 속에서도 도민 장례 서비스가 흔들림 없이 제공되도록 선제적으로 대응하고 있다”면서, “앞으로도 도민 불편을 최소화하고 안정적인 장례 서비스를 보장하기 위해 최선을 다하겠다”라고 밝혔다.
