경기도의회 이채명 의원, '지역 문화예술 정책 포럼' 개최

경기도의회 이채명 의원(더불어민주당, 안양6)이 지난 9월 30일 안양시의회 소회의실에서 ‘지역 문화예술 정책 포럼’을 열고, 안양시와 경기도의 문화예술 정책을 진단하며 지속 가능한 발전 방안을 모색했다.

이번 포럼에서는 윤소영 한국문화관광연구원 선임연구원과 권재현 안양대학교 교수가 주제발표를 맡아 △지역 문화예술 정책의 진단과 수립 방향, △안양시 문화예술 정책 현황과 발전 과제를 분석했다.

이어진 토론에는 정대영 경기연구원 연구기획실장, 안호은 연성대학교 교수, 김정아 안양문화예술재단 예술지원부 부장, 김한별 경기대학교 교수, 이재옥 안양예총 회장이 참여해 안양 문화예술 정책의 현주소와 향후 비전을 다각도로 논의했다. 좌장은 이채명 의원이 맡아 발제와 토론, 질의응답을 이끌었다.

또한 이재정 국회의원, 김동연 경기도지사, 경기도의회 김진경 의장(더불어민주당, 시흥3), 최종현 더불어민주당 대표의원(수원7), 백현종 국민의힘 대표의원(구리1)이 축사를 통해 지역 문화예술의 중요성을 강조하며, 예술인과 시민이 함께 만들어가는 정책적 뒷받침의 필요성을 한목소리로 밝혔다.

이채명 의원은 인사말에서 “문화예술은 단순한 여가가 아니라 지역 공동체의 정체성을 세우는 힘”이라며, “이번 포럼이 안양과 경기도 문화예술의 새로운 도약을 위한 현실적 대안을 제시하는 자리가 되길 바란다”고 말했다.

Gyeonggi Provincial Council Member Lee Chae-myeong (Democratic Party of Korea, Anyang 6) held a "Regional Culture and Arts Policy Forum" in the Anyang City Council small conference room on September 30th.
