‘AI 업무꿀팁세트’는 학교 현장에서 자주 사용하는 정보와 기능을 AI 기반으로 정리해 제공함으로써, 복잡한 행정업무를 보다 신속하고 효율적으로 처리할 수 있도록 돕는 자료다.
지난 7월 배포된 1호에는 누리집 길 찾기 서비스, 업무 일정표, 교육공무직 노무관리 Q&A, 업무 경감 자동화 프로그램, 업무 배송 서비스 조회 등 다양한 기능이 포함됐다.
이번 2호는 학교 현장의 요구를 반영해, 업무 담당자들이 자주 묻는 행정 절차나 반복적인 실수를 예방할 수 있는 실무형 자료로 구성됐다. 주요 내용은 △AI로 바로 찾는 업무 담당자 연락처 △반복 지적사항 감사사례집 △공무원 인사제도 및 성과보수제도 안내 등이다.
특히 ‘AI로 바로 찾는 업무 담당자 연락처’는 업무명을 입력하면 본청과 교육지원청, 직속기관 담당자를 실시간 안내해 업무 처리를 신속하게 돕는다. 감사사례집과 인사·보수 안내 자료는 FAQ 형식으로 제작돼 현장 행정담당자가 빠르게 참고할 수 있다.
임종식 교육감은 “작은 정보라도 현장에서 꼭 필요한 자료를 신속히 제공하는 것이 행정 혁신의 시작”이라며, “이번 자료를 통해 교사들이 학생과 함께하는 시간을 더 확보할 수 있도록 지원을 강화하겠다”고 말했다.
