【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구시교육청은 중학교 교원 254명을 대상으로 ‘고등학교 진로·진학 교육 이해하기’ 연수를 운영한다고 16일 밝혔다.
15일와 오는 20일, 이틀간 시교육청 행복관에서 진행된 연수는 중학교 교원들이 2022 개정 교육과정과 고교학점제를 이해하고, 고등학교 진학 상담을 위한 대입제도 및 전형 체계를 익혀 학생 맞춤형 진로 설계를 지도할 수 있도록 돕기 위해 마련됐다.
연수는 ‘탐색하기’ 기본과정 톺아보기’ 심화과정으로 나뉘어 진행된다. 기본과정에서는 대입제도 및 전형 이해, 학교 교육활동과 학생부 기재, 2022 개정 교육과정과 고교학점제의 핵심 내용을 다루고, 심화과정에서는 2029 대입가이드, 학생부 종합전형 대비 학교생활 디자인 코칭, 학생 중심의 진로·학업 설계 지도 방안을 중심으로 진행된다.
시교육청 대입내비게이션센터 대입지원관과 현직 교원 등 고교 진로·진학 전문가들이 강사로 참여해 신뢰도 높은 대입정보와 상담 전략을 제공하고, 실제 학교 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 다양한 교육 자료와 우수 사례를 공유한다.
강은희 교육감은 “이번 연수를 통해 중학교 교원들이 고교 진로·진학 교육에 대한 이해를 높이고 학생 맞춤형 지도 역량을 강화하길 바란다”며 “학생들이 스스로 진로와 학업을 설계할 수 있는 힘을 기를 수 있도록 지속적으로 지원하겠다”고 말했다.

Superintendent Kang Eun-hee stated, "I hope this training will help middle school teachers enhance their understanding of high school career and college advancement education and strengthen their personalized guidance capabilities. We will continue to support students so they can develop the ability to design their own career and academic paths."
