고양특례시가 부동산 거래사고 예방과 투명한 중개 질서 확립을 위해 대규모 공인중개사 연수교육을 실시했다.
시는 지난 22일 고양시 어울림극장에서 약 750여 명의 공인중개사를 대상으로 연수교육을 진행했다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 최근 사회적 문제로 대두된 전세사기와 부동산 거래사고 방지에 중점을 뒀다.
특히 중개대상물의 무분별한 표시·광고 금지 등 공인중개사의 윤리의식 제고에 힘썼다.
시는 민관 협력 전세사기 예방 캠페인인 '안전전세 길목지킴운동'에 대한 동참을 독려하고 안내문과 동참마크를 배부했다.
교육장에는 3차원 디지털지도(Gomap) 체험 전시관이 마련돼 참석자들로부터 큰 호응을 얻었다.
중개대상물을 입체적으로 확인할 수 있는 이 시스템은 공인중개사들의 업무 효율성 향상에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
도로명주소가 표기된 기초번호판, 건물번호판, 국가지점번호판 등 다양한 도로명주소 명판도 함께 전시돼 눈길을 끌었다.
시는 이날 복지사각지대 방지, 민간등록임대사업자 임대차계약 유의사항, 불법 건축행위 예방, 저소득 주민을 위한 중개보수 지원사업 등 공인중개사와 관련된 다양한 공공서비스도 함께 안내했다.
또한 경제자유구역 지정 추진에 따른 외국인 투자 증가에 대비해 글로벌 부동산중개사무소를 지정하고, 외국인과의 부동산거래 중개 사고 예방 방안도 소개했다.
공인중개사 연수교육은 2년마다 의무적으로 받아야 하는 법정 교육이다.
지난 2023년 실무·연수 교육을 이수한 공인중개사는 사이버교육 6시간과 집합교육 6시간을 합쳐 총 12시간의 교육을 이수해야 한다.
교육의무를 이수하지 않을 경우 공인중개사법상 100만원 이하의 과태료가 부과될 수 있다.
시는 아직 교육을 이수하지 않은 대상자에게 대체교육 이수를 적극 독려할 계획이다.
