브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 자동차 거래 플랫폼 엔카닷컴이 2025년 11월 중고차 시세를 공개했다.
이번 조사는 엔카닷컴 빅데이터를 기반으로 현대자동차, 기아, 르노코리아, KG모빌리티 등 주요 국산 브랜드와 벤츠, BMW, 아우디 등 수입 브랜드의 2022년식 인기 차종을 대상으로 분석했다. 주행거리 6만km, 무사고 차량을 기준으로 했다.
엔카닷컴 자체 분석 자료에 따르면 11월 전체 중고차 시장은 연말 프로모션과 연식 변경 모델 출시를 앞두고 비수기에 접어들며 평균 0.17% 하락하는 약보합세를 보였다. 그러나 국산차는 주요 모델 중심으로 시세가 반등해 전체 평균이 0.56% 상승했다.
특히 국산 디젤 SUV의 강세가 두드러졌다. 기아 스포티지 5세대 2.0 2WD 노블레스는 전월 대비 3.01% 오르며 3개월 연속 상승세를 이어갔다. 현대 더 뉴 팰리세이드 2.2 2WD 캘리그래피(1.56%)와 더 뉴 싼타페 2.2 2WD 프레스티지(0.34%) 역시 두 달 연속 상승했다. 카니발 4세대 9인승 프레스티지도 0.19% 상승하며 소폭 오름세를 보였다.
이에 대해 엔카닷컴은 신차 시장에서 디젤 모델 출시가 줄어드는 가운데, 다양한 선택지를 가진 중고 디젤 SUV 수요가 꾸준히 유지된 것으로 분석했다.
한편, 지난달에 이어 경차와 소형 SUV 모델의 시세도 상승했다. 쉐보레 더 뉴 스파크 프리미어는 1.05%, 현대 캐스퍼 인스퍼레이션은 0.42%, 기아 더 뉴 레이 시그니처는 0.23% 올랐다. 실용성과 가성비를 중시하는 소비자층의 수요가 반영된 결과다.
반면 수입차는 전월 대비 평균 1.21% 하락했다. 볼보 XC90 B6 인스크립션은 4.82% 떨어지며 하락폭이 가장 컸다. 아우디 A4 40 TFSI 프리미엄(-3.56%), A6 45 TFSI 프리미엄(-2.01%) 등 세단 모델이 약세를 보였다.
인기 모델인 벤츠 E-클래스 E250 아방가르드(-1.46%), BMW 5시리즈 520i M 스포츠(-1.86%), X5 xDrive 30d xLine(-1.80%)도 일제히 하락세를 나타냈다.
다만 벤츠 C-클래스 C200 AMG 라인은 전월 대비 6.14% 오르며 두 달 연속 상승했고, 볼보 XC60 B6 인스크립션(1.02%), 렉서스 ES300h 이그제큐티브(0.27%)도 소폭 올랐다.
엔카닷컴 관계자는 “11월은 비수기지만 가을 성수기 수요가 이어지며 실용적인 국산 디젤 SUV와 경차, 소형 SUV 중심의 시세 상승이 있었다”며 “연내 중고차 구매를 고려한다면 XC90이나 미니 쿠퍼처럼 시세가 하락한 수입차를 눈여겨보는 것도 좋은 선택”이라고 말했다.

Encar.com: "November is the off-season for used cars... Domestic diesel SUV prices on the rise"
Encar.com, an automobile trading platform, has released used car prices for November 2025.
This survey, based on Encar.com big data, analyzed popular 2022 model vehicles from major domestic brands such as Hyundai Motor Company, Kia Motors, Renault Korea, and KG Mobility, as well as imported brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Audi. The analysis was based on vehicles with 60,000 km of mileage and no accidents.
According to Encar.com's own analysis, the overall used car market in November saw a slight decline of 0.17% on average, due to the off-season ahead of year-end promotions and the release of new models. However, domestic car prices rebounded, particularly for major models, with an overall average increase of 0.56%.
Domestic diesel SUVs showed particularly strong performance. The Kia Sportage 5th generation 2.0 2WD Noblesse continued its upward trend for the third consecutive month, rising 3.01% month-on-month. The Hyundai New Palisade 2.2 2WD Calligraphy (1.56%) and the New Santa Fe 2.2 2WD Prestige (0.34%) also saw their prices rise for the second consecutive month. The Carnival 4th generation 9-passenger Prestige also saw a slight increase, rising 0.19%.
Encar.com analyzed this as a result of the steady demand for used diesel SUVs, which offer a wider range of options, amid a decline in diesel model launches in the new car market.
Meanwhile, prices for light cars and compact SUVs also rose, continuing their upward trend from last month. The Chevrolet New Spark Premier rose 1.05%, the Hyundai Casper Inspiration rose 0.42%, and the Kia New Ray Signature rose 0.23%. This reflects the demand from consumers who value practicality and value for money.
Meanwhile, imported car prices fell an average of 1.21% month-on-month. The Volvo XC90 B6 Inscription saw the largest decline, dropping 4.82%. Sedan models such as the Audi A4 40 TFSI Premium (-3.56%) and A6 45 TFSI Premium (-2.01%) also showed weakness.
Popular models such as the Mercedes-Benz E-Class E250 Avantgarde (-1.46%), BMW 5 Series 520i M Sport (-1.86%), and X5 xDrive 30d xLine (-1.80%) also saw declines.
However, the Mercedes-Benz C-Class C200 AMG Line rose 6.14% month-on-month, marking its second consecutive month of growth. The Volvo XC60 B6 Inscription (1.02%) and Lexus ES300h Executive (0.27%) also saw slight gains.
An official from Encar.com said, “November is the off-season, but as the fall peak season demand continues, there has been an increase in the prices of practical domestic diesel SUVs, light cars, and compact SUVs.” He added, “If you are considering purchasing a used car within the year, it would be a good choice to keep an eye on imported cars whose prices have fallen, such as the XC90 or Mini Cooper.”
