고양특례시가 주거복지 서비스의 질적 향상을 위해 현장 담당자들의 전문성 강화에 나섰다.
시는 지난 10월 31일 덕양구청에서 주거복지업무 담당자 및 사례관리사를 대상으로 '고양시 주거복지 역량강화 교육'을 개최했다고 4일 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 시민들에게 보다 체계적이고 효율적인 주거복지 서비스를 제공하기 위해 현장 실무자들의 업무 역량을 높이고 주거복지 정책 전반에 대한 이해도를 제고하기 위해 마련됐다.

교육에는 고양시 주거복지센터 전문가가 강사로 나서 실무에 직접 활용 가능한 내용들을 전달했다.
주요 교육 내용으로는 ▲공공임대주택의 종류 및 특징 ▲주거비 지원 관련 사업 ▲주거환경개선사업의 종류 및 지원 대상 등이 다뤄졌다.
특히 복잡한 주거지원 제도를 시민들에게 쉽고 명확하게 안내할 수 있는 실전 노하우가 공유돼 참가자들의 호응을 얻었다.
