고양특례시는 지난 7일 고양인재교육원 컨퍼런스홀에서 고양시농협과 함께 ‘지역 청년 네트워킹 데이 청춘톡톡’을 개최했다고 10일 밝혔다.
이번 행사에는 지역 청년 24명이 참여해 소통과 협력의 가치를 체험하고, 일상 속 고민과 관심사는 물론 청년정책 전반에 대한 의견을 자유롭게 공유하는 시간을 가졌다.

오전 프로그램은 개그맨 이정규의 진행으로 협업과 소통을 주제로 한 팀빌딩 활동이 진행됐다.
참가자들은 조별 협동 미션을 수행하며 유대감을 쌓았고, 인근 한옥카페에서 티타임을 가지며 자유로운 교류의 시간을 보냈다.
이어 행주산성을 방문해 단체사진 촬영 미션을 수행하며 자연스럽게 친목을 다졌다.
오후에는 담당부서 주관으로 ‘너의 입장, 나의 시선’ 프로그램이 이어졌다.
참가자들은 남녀가 서로의 시각 차이를 이해하고 공감할 수 있도록 역할극을 통해 다양한 상황을 체험했다.
이어진 ‘TALK TALK 타임’에서는 ‘나를 소개합니다’, ‘직장과 재테크’, ‘연애·결혼’, ‘청년정책’ 등 네 가지 키워드를 중심으로 자유로운 대화가 오가며 활발한 의견 교환이 이뤄졌다.
특히 청년정책 토론에서는 ▲청년 주거지원 확대 ▲1인 가구 생활 인프라 확충 ▲월 1회 조기퇴근제 도입 ▲은둔형 외톨이 지원 등 현실적이고 참신한 아이디어가 제시됐다.
또한 연애와 결혼관에 대한 솔직한 대화를 통해 서로의 생각을 나누며 세대 공감의 폭을 넓혔다.
올해 ‘청춘톡톡’은 4월 고양시 직원 대상 시범사업을 시작으로, 7월 고양동부새마을금고, 9월과 11월 고양시농협과의 협업으로 총 4회에 걸쳐 진행됐다.
누적 참가자는 102명에 달하며, 청년들이 자율적 관계를 형성하고 지역사회와 연결될 수 있는 의미 있는 교류의 장으로 자리매김했다.
박원석 고양특례시 제1부시장은 “이번 행사는 지역 청년들이 서로 협력하며 성장의 발판을 다지는 뜻깊은 자리였다”며 “청년들이 지역에 안정적으로 정착하고 지속 가능한 공동체를 만드는 데 도움이 되길 바란다”고 말했다.
