[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] BNK경남은행이 지역의 미래를 이끌 스타트업 발굴 및 육성을 위해 경남지역 주요 대학 5곳과 손잡고 ‘2025 BNK경남은행 CHAIN-G 캠퍼스 스타트업 챌린지’를 마무리하며 '지속 가능한 창업 협력 모델' 구축에 나섰다.
이번 챌린지는 지역 창업 생태계를 실질적으로 엮어내는 통합 플랫폼을 목표로 기획됐다. BNK경남은행과 MOU를 체결한 국립창원대학교, 경상국립대학교, 경남대학교, 마산대학교, 인제대학교 등 5개 대학이 공동으로 대회를 개최하여 '산학 연계 창업 협력의 핵심축'을 공고히 했다.
이번 챌린지는 대학 보육기업 및 졸업기업에게 실전 투자유치(IR) 기회를 제공함으로써 창업 초기부터 성장 단계까지 균등한 기회를 부여하는데 초점을 맞췄다.
총 28개 스타트업이 참여해 각각 10분 발표와 5분 질의응답으로 구성된 치열한 경쟁을 펼쳤다. 참가 기업들은 독창적인 사업 계획과 구체적인 시장 확대 방안을 제시하며 심사위원들의 이목을 집중시켰다.
심사에는 경남벤처투자, 경남창조경제혁신센터, 선보엔젤파트너스 등 지역 AC(액셀러레이터)·VC(벤처캐피털) 투자심사역들이 직접 참여해 기술성, 사업성, 시장 잠재력 등 투자 관점에서 냉철하게 평가를 진행했다.
