【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 음성군기업인협의회는 지난 12일 음성읍 소재 영빈웨딩컨벤션에서 제11회 음성군 기업인의 날 기념식을 개최했다.
이번 행사는 우수한 기업경영을 통해 지역경제 활성화와 산업 발전에 기여한 기업인들을 표창하고, 기업인의 노고를 격려하기 위해 마련됐다.
이날 기념식에는 조병옥 음성군수를 비롯해 충북도의회 및 음성군의회 의원, 유관 기관장, 기업인협의회 회원과 가족 등 200여 명이 참석했다.
행사는 개회식, 우수기업인 표창, 장학금 전달, 만찬 등의 순으로 진행됐으며, 우수기업인으로 충청북도지사 표창은 △(주)명화칠공사 △(주)그린아트 △삼육지관공업㈜ △㈜성우모터스 △㈜제일산업 등 5개 기업이 수상했다.
음성군수 표창은 △안도종합건설(주) △효승스틸 △농업회사법인㈜옥정 △(주)이현건설 △농업회사법인조인㈜ △㈜오토월드자동차 △(주)삼진호스 △㈜더원테크이앤씨 △진영호이스트 등 9개 기업이 수상했다.
이 밖에도 국회의원상, 충북도의회 의장상, 음성군의회 의장상, 음성소방서장상, 충북지방중소벤처기업청장상, 고용노동청충주지청장상, 충청북도기업인협회 회장상, 음성군기업인협의회 회장상 등 10개 기관에서 41명의 우수기업인에게 표창했다.
음성군기업인협의회는 지역인재 육성을 위해 회원들의 자발적인 참여로 모금한 장학금 700만 원을 관내 학생 10명에게 1인당 70만 원씩 전달했다.
채달원 회장은 “오늘 수상하신 분들과 모든 기업인이 지역경제 발전의 주역이라는 자부심을 가지고 앞으로도 힘차게 나아가길 바란다”며 “회원사 간 정보 공유와 협력을 통해 경쟁력을 높이고, 기업과 지역이 함께 성장하는 상생의 공동체를 만들어가겠다”고 말했다.
조 군수는 “지역경제의 든든한 버팀목인 기업인 여러분의 열정과 헌신에 감사드린다”며 “기업하기 좋은 환경을 조성하고, 지역과 함께 성장하는 산업도시 음성을 만들기 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
한편 군은 2015년부터 매년 11월 두 번째 수요일을 ‘기업인의 날’로 지정해 지역 기업과 기업인의 위상을 높이고 우수사례를 공유하는 자리를 마련하고 있다.

The Eumseong County Entrepreneurs' Association in North Chungcheong Province held the 11th Eumseong County Entrepreneurs' Day Ceremony at the Yeongbin Wedding Convention in Eumseong-eup on the 12th.
The event was designed to recognize entrepreneurs who have contributed to the revitalization of the local economy and industrial development through excellent business management and to encourage their hard work.
Approximately 200 people attended the ceremony, including Eumseong County Mayor Cho Byeong-ok, members of the Chungcheongbuk-do Provincial Council and Eumseong County Council, heads of relevant organizations, and members of the Entrepreneurs' Association and their families.
The event consisted of an opening ceremony, awards for outstanding entrepreneurs, scholarship presentations, and a banquet. Five companies received awards from the Chungcheongbuk-do Governor: Myunghwa Chilgongsa Co., Ltd., Green Art Co., Ltd., Samyuk Paper Industry Co., Ltd., Sungwoo Motors Co., Ltd., and Jeil Industry Co., Ltd.
Nine companies received awards from the Eumseong County Mayor: Ando Construction Co., Ltd., Hyoseung Steel Co., Ltd., Okjeong Agricultural Corporation Co., Ltd., Leehyun Construction Co., Ltd., Join Agricultural Corporation Co., Ltd., Autoworld Automotive Co., Ltd., Samjin Hose Co., Ltd., The One Tech E&C Co., Ltd., and Jinyoung Hoist Co., Ltd.
In addition, 41 outstanding entrepreneurs were recognized by 10 organizations, including the National Assembly Member Award, Chungbuk Provincial Council Chairman Award, Eumseong County Council Chairman Award, Eumseong Fire Station Chief Award, Chungbuk Regional SMEs and Startups Administration Director Award, Chungju Branch of the Employment and Labor Administration Award, Chungcheongbuk-do Entrepreneurs Association Chairman Award, and Eumseong County Entrepreneurs Association Chairman Award.

Meanwhile, since 2015, the county has designated the second Wednesday of November as "Entrepreneur's Day," elevating the status of local businesses and entrepreneurs and providing an opportunity to share best practices.
