[브레이크뉴스=강동호 기자] 합천군은 2025년 건마늘과 풋마늘, 조생양파 산지공판장 경매가 성황리에 마무리됨에 따라, 출하 농가의 경매 수수료 부담을 줄이기 위해 총 10억 원 규모의 산지공판장 출하 활성화 지원사업을 추진했다고 27일 밝혔다.
올해 산지공판장 경매는 합천동부농협과 합천새남부농협을 중심으로 운영됐으며, 건마늘 9,576톤, 풋마늘 854톤, 조생양파 91톤 등 총 9,656톤이 거래됐다.
이는 전년도 건마늘 단일 품목(9,739톤) 거래량과 유사한 수준으로, 올해는 풋마늘·조생양파까지 포함해 경매 품목이 확장돼 농가로부터 큰 호응을 받았다.
2025년 건마늘 평균 경매가격은 4,155원/㎏(83,100원/망)으로, 전년 평균단가 3,771원/㎏ 대비 소량 상승했다.
특히 합천동부농협은 지난해보다 물량 514톤 증가, 경매금액 60억 원 증가하는 성과를 거뒀다.
군은 산지공판장 출하 활성화를 위해 2022년부터 매년 10억 원 내외의 수수료 지원을 추진해 왔으며, 올해도 2,615명의 농업인에게 총 10억 원을 지원했다.
지원율은 올해 2.4％ 수준이며, 작년과 동일한 규모의 예산을 확보해 농가 부담을 줄였다.
