【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군 지사협은 메가박스 진천점에서 관내 사회복지시설 종사자 100여 명을 대상으로 단체 영화관람 힐링 프로그램을 진행했다고 27일 밝혔다.
이날 영화관람은 사회복지 현장 최일선에서 근무하는 종사자들의 직무 스트레스를 해소하고 사기진작을 도모하기 위해 마련됐다.
프로그램의 한 참석자는 “일상에서 벗어나 동료들과 함께 영화를 관람하며 마음의 여유를 찾을 수 있는 뜻깊은 시간이었다”고 말했다.
이종욱 민간위원장은 “복지 현장 종사자분들이 잠시나마 힐링의 시간을 통해 새로운 에너지를 얻었길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 종사자들의 사기 진작과 근무환경 개선을 위한 다양한 프로그램을 마련하겠다”고 말했다.
한편, 진천군 지사협은 7개 분과 118명으로 구성돼 있으며, 지역사회보장계획 수립, 마을 복지 계획 관련 역량 강화 교육, 복지 네트워크 구축 등 민·관 협력을 기반으로 다양한 복지 사업을 추진하고 있다.
