【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 증평군은 1일 남강의원과 ‘증평형 노인복지모델 방문의료 협력’을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 지역 어르신의 의료 접근성을 강화하고, 군이 추진 중인 증평형 노인복지모델의 의료·돌봄 고도화를 이끌기 위해 추진됐다.
군은 그동안 일상돌봄, 여가문화, 생활지원 등을 중심으로 지역 돌봄 체계를 확립해 왔다.
이번 협약으로 방문의료가 본격 연계되면서 어르신의 건강까지 포함하는 지역 맞춤형 통합돌봄 모델이 한 단계 더 고도화될 전망이다.
협약의 주요 내용은 △증평형 노인복지모델 시범사업을 위한 협력체계 구축 △취약어르신 방문간호 대상자 발굴 및 자원 연계 △의료·돌봄 통합지원체계 구축 등이다.
연재현 원장은 “어르신의 건강을 일상에서 지키는 의료진으로서 필요한 지원을 신속하고 안정적으로 제공하겠다”며 “증평형 돌봄체계 구축을 위해 지역 의료기관으로 책임감을 갖고 적극 협력하겠다”고 말했다.
이재영 군수는 “남강의원과의 협력이 증평형 노인복지모델을 더욱 고도화하고, 어르신들이 익숙한 생활 터전에서 안정적으로 건강관리를 받을 수 있는 환경을 만드는 데 큰 힘이 될 것”이라며 “앞으로도 지역 의료·돌봄 자원을 연계해 통합돌봄 체계를 더욱 강화해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
