음성군, ‘대소 삼정지구 도시개발사업’ 단지 분양 공급

【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군은 ‘대소 삼정지구 도시개발사업’ 단지 내 단독주택용지 11필지, 준주거시설용지 11필지를 분양 공급한다고 밝혔다.

대소 삼정지구 도시개발사업은 음성군 대소면 삼정리 산 35-1번지 일원 18만7627㎡(5만6천평) 부지에 공동주택과 준주거시설, 단독주택, 주차장, 공원 등 기반 시설을 건설해 대소면 지역에 새로운 주거중심지를 구축하는 사업이다.

이번 공급되는 용지는 일반 실수요자를 대상으로 총 22필지 분양 면적은 7853㎡이며, 공급 용도별로 단독주택 11필지(283~327㎡), 준주거시설 11필지(352~450㎡)이다. 

이번 계약은 2개의 감정평가법인의 감정 결과를 기초금액으로 하여 일반경쟁입찰(최고가 입찰)방식으로 공급되며, 한국자산관리공사 전자자산처분시스템 온비드 전자입찰을 통해 입찰이 가능하다.

입찰은 12월 11일부터 18일까지 진행되며 공급가격, 분양방법, 분양일정, 분양위치 등 자세한 내용은 음성군 누리집과 온비드에서 확인이 가능하다.

대소 삼정지구는 인근에 대소중학교와 복합문화센터(수영장)가 자리 잡고 있고, 대소면 시가지에서 5분, 대소IC에서 7분 거리에 위치해 있다.

향후 단지 내 1800여 세대의 공동주택이 들어설 예정이며 지난 2월 A2,A3 블록(975세대)은 계룡건설산업이 민간임대주택 건설을 위해 착공했다.
