【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=음성군은 4일 감곡면 원당2리 복지회관에서 2026년도 591필지(75만5146㎡) 감곡원당2지구 지적재조사사업에 대한 주민설명회를 개최했다.
이날 주민설명회에서는 토지소유자와 이해 관계인을 대상으로 사업의 필요성, 실시계획 수립 내용, 사업 추진 절차 등을 설명하고 주민 의견을 수렴했다.
내년도 지적재조사사업 대상지는 △감곡원당2지구 △생극관성3지구 △원남마송5지구 등 3개 지구이다. 총 1274필지(138만2천㎡)로 국비 2억6천만원을 지원받아 2년간 사업이 진행될 계획이다.
이번 감곡원당2지구를 시작으로 이달 9일 관말경로당에서 생극관성3지구, 10일 마송1리송오경로당에서 원남마송5지구 사업 주민설명회가 순차적으로 개최될 예정이다.
군은 주민설명회 이후 토지소유자 총수 및 토지면적 3분의 2 이상에 해당하는 동의를 받아 도 위원회 심의를 거쳐 2026년 지적재조사사업 지구로 지정해, 지적재조사 측량, 경계협의 후 경계결정위원회 심의·의결 등 행정 절차를 거쳐 2027년까지 사업을 완료할 계획이다.
군 관계자는 “지적재조사사업을 통해 경계 분쟁을 해소하는 등 토지 이용 효율을 높이는데 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다”며 “사업이 원활히 추진될 수 있도록 토지소유자들의 지구지정동의서 제출 협조를 당부드린다”고 말했다.
