이로써 군은 이번 예산 확보를 통해 미래 성장동력 확보와 군민 삶의 질 향상을 위한 다양한 신규사업을 본격적으로 추진할 수 있게 됐다.
주요 신규사업 내역은 △국립소방병원 운영비(414.51억원) △무극중학교 학교복합시설 건립(14억원) △백야 비점오염저감시설 설치사업(2.55억원) △삼성면 원도심 상권활성화사업(5.12억원) △미타사 보수정비사업(2.25억원) △미래차 탑재모듈 상용화 기반구축(3.8억원) △음성 삼성테크노밸리산업단지 진입도로 개설공사(5억원)이다.
