이번에 의결된 조례안은 성한경·이재명·윤대영 의원이 각각 발의한 것으로, 주요 내용은 다음과 같다.
먼저, 성한경 의원(국민의힘, 비례대표)이 발의한 <진천군의회 지방공무원 여비 조례 일부개정조례안>은 국민권익위원회의 개선 권고에 따라 상시출장 공무원에 대한 월액여비 지급대상 기준을 구체화한 것으로, 내실 있는 의회 운영에 기여하고자 마련됐다.
월액여비란, 월 출장일수가 15일 이상인 공무원을 대상으로 예산의 범위 내에서 상시출장여비를 일괄 지급할 수 있도록 한 규정이다.
다음으로, 이재명 의원(국민의힘, 가선거구)과 윤대영 의원(국민의힘, 가선거구)이 공동 발의한 <진천군 바르게살기운동조직 육성 및 지원 조례안>은 조례 제정을 통해 바르게살기운동조직의 지원 근거를 강화하고, 지원 범위를 확대하고자 마련됐다.
