【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 증평군은 5일 증평여성회관 전산실에서 민원담당 공무원을 대상으로 구비서류 제로화를 위한 행정정보 공동이용 사용자 교육을 실시했다.
이번 교육은 업무 효율성을 높이고 시스템 활용 역량을 강화하는 데 중점을 두고 개인정보 보호 및 보안 의식을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.
행정정보 공동이용 서비스는 민원인이 제출해야 했던 각종 구비서류를 행정기관 간 정보 연계를 통해 직접 확인할 수 있도록 한 제도다.
2025년 기준 34개 보유기관, 174종의 행정정보가 공동으로 이용되고 있으며, 민원인의 서류 제출 부담을 줄이고 행정의 신뢰성과 효율성을 동시에 높이는 핵심 서비스로 자리매김하고 있다.
현재 군은 주민등록, 세금, 건강보험 등 일상생활과 밀접한 다양한 분야에서 공동이용 제도를 폭넓게 활용해 민원 편의를 확대하고 있다
군 관계자는“행정정보 공동이용은 민원인의 편의성을 높이고 행정서비스의 효율성을 높이기 위한 중요한 제도”라며 “지속적인 사용자 교육을 통해 더욱 정확하고 신뢰할 수 있는 민원서비스를 제공하겠다”고 말했다
