【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 증평군은 5일 충북AI미디어센터에서 지역 주민을 위한 ‘생성형 AI 활용 이미지 제작 교실’을 운영했다고 밝혔다.
이번 프로그램은 빠르게 변화하는 디지털 환경에 발맞춰 군민의 AI 활용 역량을 강화하고, 학습을 기반으로 한 지역 활력 회복을 목표로 운영되는 ‘지역주민 디지털 역량 강화 사업’의 일환으로 마련됐다.
충북AI미디어센터는 지난 7월에 출범한 도내 유일의 AI 전문 미디어 허브로, AI 영상·이미지 제작 장비, 교육 커리큘럼, 전문가 네트워크를 갖춘 기관이다.
군은 충북 AI미디어센터와 협력을 통해 학습공간 및 강사 지원을 받고, 유료 라이선스 혜택으로 자체 교육과는 차별화된 다양한 체험을 할 수 있게 됐다.
군 관계자에 따르면 “AI는 더 이상 미래 기술이 아니라 일상 도구”라며 “지역민이 손쉽게 AI를 활용해 자신의 메시지와 아이디어를 표현할 수 있도록, 앞으로도 지역 기관과 협력한 디지털 평생교육을 강화하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Jeungpyeong County, North Chungcheong Province, announced on the 5th that it hosted a "Generative AI-Used Image Creation Class" for local residents at the Chungbuk AI Media Center.
This program is part of the "Local Resident Digital Capacity Building Project," which aims to strengthen residents' AI capabilities in response to the rapidly evolving digital landscape and revitalize the region through learning.
