【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=(사)한국청소년육성회 진천지구회가 운영하는 진천군청소년방과후아카데미는 2025년 청소년활동진흥사업 성과공유회에서 수상의 영예를 안았다.
이번 행사는 11월 28일 서울 올림픽파크텔에서 열렸으며 한국청소년활동진흥원 이사장상과 함께 상금 50만 원을 받았다.
이번 평가는 청소년 성장지원, 프로그램 운영의 전문성, 지역사회 연계 등 다양한 지표를 중심으로 이뤄졌으며, 전반적으로 우수한 성과를 거둔 점이 높이 평가됐다.
또한 청소년들이 직접 작성한 이야기로 경쟁이 치러진 ‘2025년 청소년방과후아카데미 활동수기 공모전’ 초등부문에서 우수상을 받아 2관왕에 올랐다.
송대현 회장은 “아이들의 성장을 위해 함께 노력한 지도자, 학부모, 지역사회의 결실”이라며“앞으로도 청소년이 행복하게 성장하는 환경을 만들기 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
한편 진천군청소년방과후아카데미‘온새미로’는 관내 초등학교 4·5학년을 대상으로 학습지원, 진로개발, 주중 체험 프로그램 등 다양한 활동을 운영하고 있다.
이와 함께 캠프, 주말체험, 상담, 급식, 귀가차량 운행까지 국비로 지원하여 무료로 운영된다.
4, 5학년이면 누구나 지원이 가능하고 현재 2026년 대상자를 모집 중이다.

Jincheon County Youth After-School Academy Selected as Best in Comprehensive Evaluation for 2025
The Jincheon County Youth After-School Academy, operated by the Jincheon District of the Korea Youth Development Association, was honored with an award at the 2025 Youth Activity Promotion Project Performance Sharing Event.
The event, held at the Olympic Parktel in Seoul on November 28, presented the Academy with the Korea Youth Activity Promotion Agency Chairman's Award and a cash prize of 500,000 won.
The evaluation focused on various indicators, including youth development support, program management expertise, and community engagement, and was highly praised for its overall excellent performance.
Furthermore, the Academy won two awards, including an Excellence Award in the elementary school category of the "2025 Youth After-School Academy Activity Essay Contest," a competition in which youth submitted their own stories.
Chairman Song Dae-hyun stated, "This is the fruit of the combined efforts of leaders, parents, and the community for the children's growth. We will continue to do our best to create an environment where youth can thrive."
Meanwhile, the Jincheon County Youth After-School Academy, "Onsemiro," offers a variety of activities, including learning support, career development, and weekday experiential programs for 4th and 5th graders in elementary schools within the county.
Furthermore, camps, weekend experiential programs, counseling, meals, and transportation home are all provided free of charge, supported by government funding.
Any 4th or 5th grader is eligible to apply, and applications are currently being accepted for the 2026 program.
