'초등시설형 긴급돌봄 서비스' 시행…6~12세 대상
경기 군포시는 내년 1월 1일부터 '초등시설형 긴급돌봄 서비스(언제나돌봄)'를 시행한다고 18일 밝혔다.
시에 따르면 이 서비스는 평일 야간과 주말, 휴일에 보호자 긴급 입원이나 출장 및 사고 등으로 홀로 남겨진 6~12세 초등 아동에게 긴급돌봄을 제공하는 데 목표를 둔다. 긴급돌봄이 필요한 가정은 최소 2시간 전(오후 8시 신청 마감)까지 신청하면 거주지와 가까운 서비스 제공기관에서 돌봄서비스를 제공받을 수 있다.
현재 시는 다함께돌봄센터 3곳, 지역아동센터 2곳을 서비스 제공기관으로 지정한 상태다. 서비스 신청은 경기도 아동 언제나돌봄 플랫폼, 중앙콜센터, 경기도 아동돌봄 군포센터에서 사전등록 후 이용 가능하다.
하은호 시장은 "초등학생 시기는 방과 후 돌봄 공백이 가장 크게 발생하는 시기"라며 "시 초등시설형 긴급돌봄 서비스는 긴급상황 발생 시 보호자가 안심하고 아이를 맡길 수 있는 든든한 사회적 돌봄 기반이 될 것"이라고 말했다.

Gunpo City, Gyeonggi Province, announced on the 18th that it will launch the 'Elementary School Emergency Care Service (Always Care)' starting January 1st of next year.
