레일라 맥칼라(1985~)는 미국 뉴욕에서 태어난 아이티계 가수다. 첼로 연주자이며 싱어송라이터인 그녀는 2011년 뉴올리언스에서 버스킹을 하던 중 우연히 길을 지나던 인물이 그녀의 재능을 알아본 순간, 인생의 방향이 바뀌었다. 미국 전통 음악을 새롭게 복원해 온 아프리카계 미국인 전통 현악 밴드 캐롤라이나 초콜릿 드롭스(Carolina Chocolate Drops)의 매니저였다.
