【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군 농업기술센터는 오는 27일까지 새해 영농계획 수립과 성공적인 한해 농사를 위한 새해 농업인 실용 교육을 약 한 달간 운영한다고 6일 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 농업인들이 지난해 영농현장에서 겪은 문제점을 분석하고 해결방안을 모색하기 위해 마련됐으며, 작목별 전망과 최신 재배 기술을 습득할 수 있도록 구성해 특색있는 교육과정으로 꾸려졌다.
군은 이번 교육의 전문성 강화를 위해 다양한 기관의 권위 있는 강사진을 초빙했다.
교육내용은 지난 6일 ‘진천군 창조농업을 위한 농업가 정신’에 관한 특강을 시작으로, 저탄소 벼, 스마트팜, 수박, 오이, 토마토, 등 주요 작목별 교육과 과수 화상병 예방, GAP, 친환경 인증 관련 필수교육이 함께 진행될 예정이다.
교육은 진천군민, 진천 거주 예정 농업인 등 누구나 참여할 수 있으며, 당일 교육 현장에서 접수할 수 있다.
남기순 군 농업기술센터 소장은 “이번 교육이 진천군 농업인들의 전문성을 높이는 계기가 되길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 진천군의 창조농업을 현실화하기 위해 다양한 교육을 마련하겠다”고 말했다.
