시는 노후된 옥내급수관에서 발생하는 녹물 문제를 근본적으로 해결하고 쾌적한 용수 환경을 제공하고자 1월부터 본격적인 신청 접수를 시작했다고 15일 밝혔다. 이번 사업은 준공 후 20년이 지난 130㎡ 이하의 노후 주택을 대상으로 하며, 노후 수도관 교체 및 갱생 공사 비용의 상당 부분을 시비로 지원한다.
지원 규모는 주택의 전용면적에 따라 촘촘하게 차등 적용된다. ▲60㎡ 이하 주택은 총 공사비의 90% ▲85㎡ 이하 80% ▲130㎡ 이하 70%를 지원받을 수 있다. 특히 경제적 어려움을 겪는 기초생활수급자 및 차상위 계층 소유 주택의 경우에는 최대 지원 한도 내에서 공사비 전액을 지원해 복지 사각지대 해소에도 나선다.
