대전 중구의회 김옥향 부의장(국민의힘, 목동·중촌동·용두동·오류동·태평1·2동)이 지방자치 시행 30주년을 맞아 국회의정저널이 공동 주관하는 ‘대한민국 의정대상’을 수상하는 영예를 안았다.
