계룡시의회 이청환 의원이 한국지방의회학회가 평가한 ‘한국지방의정대상’을 수상하며, 입법 전문성과 시민 중심 의정활동으로 지방자치 발전에 기여한 공로를 인정받았다.
이번 수상은 의정활동의 실효성과 지역 맞춤형 정책 설계 능력을 중점 평가한 결과로, 이 의원은 재선 의원으로서 의회 역량 강화와 시민 삶의 질 향상에 헌신한 바를 높이 평가받았다.
특히 제6대 전반기 부의장으로서 시민 권익 보호와 현안 해결을 위한 현실적 대안을 제시하며 지역 주민들의 신뢰를 쌓아온 점이 돋보인다.

이 의정활동은 현장 봉사와 연계되어 더욱 빛을 발한다. 수해 복구, 김장 나눔, 학교 앞 교통지도 등 꾸준한 지역사회 활동으로 정책 실행력을 뒷받침하며, 주민 소통과 나눔 문화를 실천했다.
