김정섭 전 공주시장이 지난 1월 31일 국립공주대 백제교육문화관에서 열린 출판기념회를 계기로 공주시장 재탈환에 본격 착수, 정치권과 시민들의 뜨거운 관심 속 선거전 선봉에 섰다.
