노금식 의장 “충청광역연합, 지방자치 미래 개척하는 이정표 될 것”
6일 ‘특별세션’ 개최… 실질적 권한 확보와 거버넌스 정립 논의

충청권 4개 시·도의 초광역 협력체인 충청광역연합의회가 초광역 행정의 제도적 완성도를 높이고 실질적인 운영 방안을 마련하기 위한 본격적인 정책 행보에 돌입했다.
충청광역연합의회는 5일부터 이틀간 청주 오송에서 열리는 ‘2026 한국지방자치학회 동계학술대회’에 참석해 대한민국 지방자치의 새로운 미래 모델을 제시했다.
이번 행사는 단순한 학술 참여를 넘어 충청권이 주도하는 초광역 협력의 정책적 기반을 공고히 다지는 계기가 될 것으로 보인다.
