대전시교육청이 2026학년도 공립 중·고등학교 교사 임용후보자 75명을 최종 발표했다. 오전 10시 교육청 누리집을 통해 공개된 이번 결과는 지역 교육 현장의 신규 교사 충원을 마무리 짓는 자리다.
모집은 보건·영양·사서·전문상담·특수(중등)를 포함한 26개 교과 80명 규모였다. 지난해 11월 제1차 필기시험 합격자 116명이 2차 실기·실험평가, 수업지도안 작성·실연, 심층면접을 치른 끝에 75명이 최종 합격선을 넘었다.
합격자 성비는 여성 48명(64%), 남성 27명(36%)으로 집계됐다. 개인 성적은 12일까지 온라인 교직원 채용시스템(edurecruit.go.kr)에서 확인 가능하다.
최종 합격자는 23일까지 임용후보자 등록을 마쳐야 하며, 2월 10∼26일 대전교육연수원에서 직무연수를 받고 3월 1일부터 관내 중·고교에 배치된다.
교육청은 신규 교사들이 현장에 빠르게 적응할 수 있도록 연수 과정에 학교 현장 경험을 강화했다.

The Daejeon Metropolitan Office of Education has announced the final list of 75 candidates for public middle and high school teacher positions for the 2026 school year. The results, released on the Office of Education website at 10:00 a.m., mark the final step in recruiting new teachers for local education.
The recruitment was for 80 positions across 26 subjects, including health, nutrition, librarianship, professional counseling, and special education (middle school). 116 candidates passed the first written exam in November of last year. After completing the second round, which included practical and experimental assessments, lesson plan development and demonstrations, and in-depth interviews, 75 candidates passed the final selection process.
The gender breakdown of successful candidates was 48 female (64%) and 27 male (36%). Individual scores can be checked through the online teacher recruitment system (edurecruit.go.kr) until the 12th.
Successful candidates must register as candidates by the 23rd. They will receive on-the-job training at the Daejeon Educational Training Institute from February 10th to 26th and be assigned to middle and high schools within the district starting March 1st.
To help new teachers quickly adapt to the workplace, the Office of Education has strengthened the on-the-job training program to include field experience in schools.
