대전 서구가 행정안전부의 2025년 정보공개 종합평가에서 전국 자치구 중 ‘우수’ 등급을 차지하며 투명행정의 모범을 입증했다.
이번 평가는 중앙·지방행정기관 및 공공기관 561곳을 대상으로 사전정보 공개·원문공개·청구처리·고객관리·제도운영 등 5개 분야 12개 지표를 기준으로 이뤄졌다.
서구는 만점 100점에 92.75점을 기록, 특히 고객 수요분석 부문에서 만점을 획득했다.
이는 주민 요구를 미리 파악해 사전 정보 공표 체계를 강화한 결과로 분석된다. 서구는 2019년 평가 도입 이후 7년 연속 우수 등급 이상을 유지하며 행정 투명도에서 지속적 우위를 지켰다.

MOIS 2025 Comprehensive Evaluation Ranks Top Autonomous Districts
Daejeon Seo-gu has proven its exemplary role in transparent administration by achieving an 'Excellent' rating among autonomous districts nationwide in the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's 2025 Comprehensive Evaluation of Information Disclosure.
This evaluation targeted 561 central and local government agencies and public institutions, based on 12 indicators in five areas: advance information disclosure, original document disclosure, claims processing, customer management, and system operation.
Seo-gu scored 92.75 out of a possible 100, particularly achieving a perfect score in the customer demand analysis category.
This achievement is attributed to the district's efforts to proactively identify resident needs and strengthen its advance information disclosure system.
