전수식은 ▲정년퇴직자 62명 ▲명예퇴직자 등 24명 전체 86명의 교원을 대상으로 진행했다.
훈·포장 수여자는 ▲황조근정훈장 석성초등학교 교장 김연화 등 9명 ▲홍조근정훈장 청주농업고등학교 교장 고종현 등 27명 ▲녹조근정훈장 이월중학교 교장 김인수 등 18명 ▲옥조근정훈장 서원중학교 교감 고성희 등 17명 ▲근정포장 옥산유치원 원감 김진화 등 7명 ▲대통령표창 단재초등학교 교사 김세연 등 2명 ▲국무총리표창 오창중학교 교사 유영길 등 2명 ▲교육부장관표창 양산초등학교 교사 유현정 등 4명이다.
윤건영 교육감은 전수식에서 “한결같은 마음으로 학생들의 곁을 지켜오신 선생님들의 헌신 덕분에 수많은 제자들이 꿈을 키우며 성장할 수 있었다.”라며“그동안 보여주신 가르침과 사랑에 충북교육가족 모두의 마음을 모아 깊이 감사드린다.”라고 말했다.
