【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충주시는 2026년도 읍·면·동에서 추진하는 각종 소규모 시설공사에 대해 동절기 기간 합동설계를 실시하고, 조기 발주를 통해 지방재정 신속집행에 속도를 낼 계획이라고 27일 밝혔다.
이번 합동설계는 부서 간 협업을 강화해 설계 완성도를 높이고 부실 설계를 사전에 차단함으로써, 우기 이전 주요 사업을 신속히 마무리하기 위해 추진됐다.
합동설계는 2025년 12월 29일부터 2월 28일까지 약 두 달간 탄금호 조정경기장 2층 미디어센터에서 진행됐으며, 전담 설계장을 설치해 운영했다.
읍·면·동 시설직(토목직) 공무원 19명을 5개 조로 편성해 총 324건, 약 114억 원 규모의 사업 설계를 수행했다.
설계 대상은 △시민 생활불편 해소사업 71건 △지방하천 정비사업 4건 △소하천 정비사업 20건 △농업기반시설 정비사업 60건 △댐주변지역 지원사업 15건 △읍·면·동 도로 유지보수 27건 △읍·면·동 자체사업 127건 등 지역 생활환경과 밀접한 다양한 사업이 포함됐다.
시는 2026년 1월 말까지 현지 조사와 측량을 완료하고, 2월 말까지 설계도서 작성을 마쳤다.
특히 2026년 표준품셈 단가를 반영해 적정 공사비를 산출했으며, 설계심사를 통해 시공성과 안전성을 한층 강화했다.
합동설계 종료 이후인 3월부터는 공사를 조기 발주해 예산을 신속히 집행할 계획이다.
