【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북 괴산군농업기술센터는 지난 26일 괴산군농업산·학협동심의회를 열고 ‘2026년 새기술보급사업 대상농가 선정심의’ 안건을 가결했다.
심의회는 올해 군 농업기술센터에서 추진하는 새기술보급사업에 대한 설명을 시작으로 대학교수, 농업 관련 기관 및 단체장, 농업인 대표 등 12명으로 구성된 위원들의 심의와 의결 순으로 진행됐다.
센터는 서류 검토와 현장 심사를 거쳐 분야별 시범 요인의 수용 의지가 높고, 새기술 보급을 통해 농업 소득 향상에 기여할 수 있는 농업인 또는 농업인 단체를 최종 선정하여 사업을 추진한다.
새기술보급사업은 농업 신기술 보급과 파급력있는 특화작목 육성 등으로 농업의 경쟁력 향상을 위해 마련됐다.
대상 사업은 총 34개이며, 사업비 규모는 33억 8,900만 원이다.
세부적으로는 △인력육성 분야(농촌지도자 소득작목 생력화 기반 지원 등 6개) △농촌자원 분야(영농기반 노인 소일거리 발굴 시범 사업 등 5개) △식량축산 분야(노동력 절감 벼 재배단지 조성 등 11개) △소득작목 분야(국내 육성 사과 무병묘 보급 확대 시범 등 12개)로 나뉜다.
선정된 34개 사업은 효율적인 추진을 위한 사전 교육을 거쳐 오는 3월부터 본격적으로 착수한다.
센터는 농가가 안정적으로 사업을 완수할 수 있도록 재정적·기술적으로 적극 지원하며 11월 전체 사업 대상 종합 평가를 끝으로 일정을 마무리할 계획이다.
