【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북 괴산군이 군민의 가계 부담 완화와 지역경제 활성화를 위해 추진 중인 ‘민생안정지원금’ 사업이 군민들의 뜨거운 호응 속에 마무리 단계에 접어들었다고 27일 밝혔다.
군에 따르면 26일 기준 민생안정지원금 신청률은 98%를 기록해 지급대상 군민 대부분이 혜택을 받은 것으로 나타났다. 현재 지원금의 사용률은 지급액의 약 70%로 높은 사용률을 보여주고 있다.
특히 지원금을 지역화폐인 ‘괴산사랑카드’와 ‘선불카드’로 지급해 기존 40% 수준이었던 괴산사랑카드 가입률이 이날 기준 93%까지 수직 상승해 지역 내 디지털 결제 기반이 확대됐다.
지원금 사용기한은 오는 5월 31일까지며 관내 괴산사랑상품권 가맹점에서 사용할 수 있다.
사용기한 내 남은 잔액은 자동소멸되므로 군은 군민들이 기한 내에 모두 사용해 지역경제에 활력을 불어넣어 줄 것을 거듭 당부했다.
