【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도교육청은 27일, 교육연구정보원 시청각실에서 학교 및 교육지원청 다채움 업무 담당자 450여 명을 대상으로 〈2026. 상반기 다채움 업무 담당자 워크숍>을 실시했다고 밝혔다.
이번 워크숍은 다차원 학생 성장 진단과 피드백 강화를 핵심으로 하는 <다채움>의 학교 현장 안착과 활용성 제고를 위해 마련됐으며, 업무 담당자의 역할 이해와 역량 강화를 위해 추진됐다.
워크숍에서는 2026학년도 다채움 활용 교육 기본 계획을 비롯해 ▲주요 서비스별 기능과 활용 방법 ▲업무 담당자 역할별 처리 가이드 ▲초·중등 학교 활용 사례 ▲연수용 자료 활용 방법 등을 중심으로 안내했다.
특히 학교 현장에서 즉시 적용할 수 있도록 관리자 페이지 활용, 회원 관리, 개인정보 처리, 신규 서비스(학부모 앱·채움드라이브) 등 실무 중심 내용이 함께 다뤄졌다.
또한 이미경 교사(소수초)와 김수민 교사(일신여자중)가 참여해 다채움을 활용한 수업·평가 사례와 현장 적용 노하우를 공유했다.
도교육청은 이번 워크숍을 통해 업무 담당자가 소속 기관 내 전달 연수를 실시하도록 연수 자료를 제공하고, 다채움 소통 네트워크를 활성화해 현장 주도의 다채움 활용 교육 모델이 확산될 수 있도록 지원 체계를 강화할 방침이다.
이혜원 미래교육추진단장은 “이번 워크숍이 다채움 업무 담당자의 전문성을 높이고, 학교 현장에서 다채움이 자연스럽게 활용되는 계기가 되길 바란다.”라며 “앞으로도 학생 성장을 지원하는 미래교육 환경 조성을 위해 지속적으로 지원하겠다.”라고 말했다.

Through this workshop, the Provincial Office of Education plans to provide training materials for staff to conduct training within their respective institutions. It will also strengthen the support system to promote the spread of field-driven Dachaeum-based educational models by activating the Dachaeum communication network.
