이날 간담회에는 박순진 총장을 비롯해 영천시장과 지자체 관계자, 센터 입주기업 대표 등 20여 명이 참석해 현장의 애로사항을 공유하고 정책 개선 방향에 대해 논의했다.
참석자들은 입주기업의 성장 전략과 예비 창업가들의 국가공모사업 도전을 지원하기 위한 프로그램 기획 방안을 모색했다. 또한 지역 특화산업과 연계한 창업 지원 프로그램 강화, 민·관 협력 네트워크의 상시 운영 체계 구축 등 실효성 있는 지원 대책이 주요 의제로 다뤄졌다.
간담회에서는 입주기업들의 성과 발표도 이어졌다. 만복기획 정유영 대표는 지역 자원을 활용한 콘텐츠 기획을 통해 매출 증대와 외부 협업 확대를 이끈 사례를 소개했다. 농업회사법인 ㈜프리에잇팜테크 김민중 대표는 인공지능(AI) 기반 영상처리 기술을 접목한 스마트 농업 성과를 공유하며 지역 기반 창업기업의 성장 가능성을 제시했다.
박순진 총장은 “지역 청년들이 체감할 수 있는 실질적 창업 지원을 위해서는 지자체·대학·기업 간 긴밀한 협력이 필수적”이라며 “영천청년창업지원센터가 지역 창업의 핵심 거점으로 자리매김할 수 있도록 지속적으로 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Manbok Planning CEO Jeong Yu-yeong shared a case study of how content planning utilizing local resources led to increased sales and expanded external collaboration. Free8 Farmtech CEO Kim Min-jung shared the success of smart farming using AI-based image processing technology, highlighting the growth potential of local startups.
President Park Soon-jin stated, "Close collaboration between local governments, universities, and businesses is essential to provide tangible entrepreneurship support that local youth can experience. We will continue to support the Yeongcheon Youth Entrepreneurship Support Center to establish itself as a key hub for local entrepreneurship."
