【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북 보은군은 5일 보은군농업기술센터 상록수교육관에서 ‘2026년 보은군 농업인대학 입학식’을 개최하고 교육 과정 운영을 본격적으로 시작했다.
이날 입학식에는 교육생과 관계자 등 90여 명이 참석했으며, 국민의례를 시작으로 환영사와 축사, 학사 일정 안내 순으로 진행됐다. 이어 과정별 자치위원회를 구성하며 교육생 중심의 운영 기반도 마련했다.
올해 농업인대학은 △대추 과정 40명 △사과 과정 25명 △스마트팜 과정 20명 등 총 85명의 교육생이 참여하며, 지역 특화 작목의 재배기술과 스마트 농업 등 현장 중심 교육을 통해 전문 농업인 양성을 목표로 운영된다.
교육 과정은 3월부터 9월까지 과정별로 월 2~4회 진행되며, 이론 교육과 현장 실습을 비롯해 농업 경영 및 마케팅 기법, 선도농가 벤치마킹, 조별 토론 및 과제 활동 등 전문 강사진을 통한 체계적인 교육이 이루어질 예정이다.
특히 스마트팜 과정은 탄부면 스마트팜 부지에서 이론과 실습을 연계한 교육으로 운영돼 스마트농업에 대한 이해도를 높이는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
