이번 컨설팅은 그간 군이 추진해 온 청렴 시책과 제도의 실효성을 원점에서 재점검하는 데 중점을 뒀다.
군은 이번 청렴컨설팅을 통해 최근 3개년간의 종합청렴도 평가 결과와 공무원 징계 현황, 상급기관 감사 지적사항 등을 종합적으로 분석해 부패 취약 분야를 면밀하게 진단할 계획이다.
이를 통해 군의 청렴 수준을 실질적으로 높일 수 있는 맞춤형 개선과제를 도출한다는 방침이다.
또 소속 직원을 대상으로 온라인 자체 청렴도 조사를 진행해 내부 청렴 인식 수준과 조직 내 부패 경험을 파악하고, 그 결과를 반영해 보다 실효성 있는 개선책을 마련할 예정이다.
아울러 용역 결과가 도출되는 대로 전 부서에 공유하고, 이를 토대로 2026년 반부패·청렴 종합계획을 수립해 추진할 계획이다.
심정애 과장은 “이번 청렴컨설팅을 통해 우리군의 부패 취약 분야를 정확히 진단하고, 실질적인 개선 과제를 마련할 것”이라며 “군민이 신뢰하는 청렴 행정을 구현하고, 청렴군(郡)으로 재도약하겠다”고 말했다.
