【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=김영환 충청북도지사가 지난 6일 단양군을 방문해 주요 현안 사업장을 점검하고 지역 주민들과 소통하는 시간을 가졌다.
이번 방문은 지역 핵심 사업의 추진 상황을 직접 확인하고, 현장의 목소리를 도정에 반영하기 위해 마련됐다.
김 지사는 이날 오전 대형 농특산물 종합 판매장 건립 예정지를 찾아 사업 추진 현황과 향후 계획을 보고받고, 지역 농특산물 유통 경쟁력 강화를 위한 지원 방안을 논의했다.
이어 지역사회 기부자, 6·25 참전 간호장교 등 ‘자랑스러운 군민’과 오찬 간담회를 갖고 지역 발전에 기여한 군민들을 격려했다.
오후에는 스마트경로당 스튜디오를 방문해 24개 마을 경로당을 연결한 체조교실 프로그램 운영 현장을 참관하고, 각 경로당의 어르신들과 실시간 영상으로 소통하는 시간을 가졌다.
김 지사는 고령층의 디지털 접근성을 높이는 스마트경로당 운영 성과를 공유하며 어르신 복지 확대 방안을 모색했다.
