【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도교육청은 학생들의 학습 출발점을 진단해 학습 결손을 조기에 발견하고 맞춤형 지원을 강화하기 위해 9일부터 27일까지 <3월 기초학력 진단 집중 기간>을 운영한다고 밝혔다.
대상은 초등학교 2학년부터 고등학교 2학년까지 전체 학생으로, 학교에서는 다채움 기초학력 진단검사를 비롯해 국가기초학력지원포털, 맞춤형 학업성취도 자율평가, 학교 자체 도구 중 여건에 맞는 진단 도구를 선택하여 운영한다.
또한 3R’s(읽기·쓰기·셈하기) 검사와 한글 또박또박 검사, 비인지 검사 등 추가 검사를 통해 학습 수준을 다각적으로 진단할 예정이다.
이 가운데 <다채움 기초학력 진단검사>는 충북 교사들이 직접 개발한 평가 도구로, 이전 학년도 교육과정의 최소 성취기준을 기반으로 구성됐다. 학년에 따라 국어, 수학, 영어, 사회(역사), 과학 등 2~5개 교과의 학습 수준을 진단한다.
3R’s와 국어·수학 교과 검사지는 중국어, 베트남어, 러시아어, 몽골어, 일본어 등 5개 언어로 번역해 이주배경 학생도 맞춤형 진단을 받을 수 있도록 지원한다.
진단 결과를 바탕으로 학교에서는 학생별 맞춤형 학습지원 계획을 수립하고, 학기 중과 방학 기간 동안 학생 맞춤형 프로그램을 운영해 기초학력 보장을 강화할 예정이다.
