브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= KB국민은행은 오는 20일까지 ‘2026 제1차 KB굿잡 우수기업 취업박람회’ 참가 기업을 모집한다고 10일 밝혔다.
‘KB굿잡 우수기업 취업박람회’는 “국민과 함께 더 나은 대한민국을 만들어 가겠다”는 취지를 담은 ‘KB국민희망 프로젝트’의 일환으로, 청년과 지역 일자리 창출 등 포용금융 실천을 위해 운영되고 있다.
이번 취업박람회는 오는 4월 27일 서울 코엑스 A홀에서 개최된다. KB금융그룹이 추천하는 우수기업과 대기업 협력사, 코스닥 상장사, 청년일자리 강소기업 등이 참여해 구직자에게 다양한 채용 기회를 제공할 예정이다.
2011년 출범한 KB굿잡 취업박람회는 누적 방문객 수가 125만 명에 이르는 단일 규모 국내 최대의 취업박람회다. 지난해까지 총 28회 개최됐으며, 약 6200여 개 기업이 참가해 10만5000여 건의 일자리 정보를 제공했다. 이를 통해 4만5000여 명의 구직자에게 일자리를 연결하며, 구직자와 기업을 잇는 국내 대표 취업박람회로 자리매김했다.
이번 취업박람회에서는 팀워크와 소통, 협업 능력을 중시하는 채용 트렌드를 반영해 기업 실무팀과 직접 소통하며 팀 적합성을 확인할 수 있는 ‘팀핏(Team Fit) 커넥트존’도 일부 운영될 예정이다.
또한, KB국민은행은 박람회 참가 기업을 대상으로 인건비 및 금융비용 부담 완화를 위한 실질적인 혜택도 지원한다. 채용한 정규직원 1인당 100만원(기업당 연간 최대 1000만원)의 채용지원금을 지급하고, 신규대출 신청 시 최대 1.3%p의 금리 우대 혜택도 제공한다.
참여를 원하는 기업은 KB굿잡 홈페이지에서 신청할 수 있다. 박람회 종료 이후에도 KB굿잡 유관기관과 연계된 특화 인재 매칭 서비스를 무상으로 지원하는 등 중소·중견기업의 구인난 해소를 위한 지원을 이어갈 계획이다.
KB국민은행 관계자는 “이번 취업박람회가 취업 시장에 활력을 더하고 구직자와 기업이 함께 성장하는 계기가 되길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 중소·중견기업 지원과 생산적금융 확대를 통해 일자리 선순환 생태계 강화에 지속적으로 힘쓰겠다”고 전했다.
