김 지사는 이날 오전 신백동에 새롭게 문을 연 충청북도 자치연수원에서 특강을 시작으로 일정을 열었다. 이어 북부출장소(일하는기쁨)와 역전한마음시장을 차례로 찾아 지역경제 현장을 살폈다. 특히 시장 상인회 관계자들과는 오찬 간담회를 열고 지역 현안에 대한 의견을 폭넓게 나누며 격의 없는 소통을 이어갔다.
