제천시, '26년 구직자 맞춤형 취업역량 강화교육 운영
제천시 일자리종합지원센터는 구직자들을 위한 ‘2026년 맞춤형 취업역량 강화교육(1기)’을 지난 10일 시작했다고 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 ‘컴퓨터활용능력2급(국가공인)’ 자격증 취득을 위한 이론 및 실기 과정으로 구성됐다. 특히 올해 교육에는 직무 적응을 위한 내용이 추가돼 구직자들에게 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. 교육은 3월 10일부터 5월 7일까지 제천시 전산교육장에서 진행된다.
2022년부터 시행되고 있는 이 교육은 이론 중심이 아닌 현장 직무 수행에 필요한 실무 중심의 취업 연계 교육으로 운영되고 있다. 교육 수료 후에는 취업 연계를 위한 상담 및 맞춤형 채용 정보 제공 등 체계적인 사후관리도 이어진다.
또한 지난해부터는 컴퓨터활용능력2급 자격증 취득을 위한 필기와 실기시험도 별도로 진행하고 있다. 이를 통해 지난해 기준 자격증 취득률이 이전보다 약 두 배가량 높아졌다.
시는 민선8기 공약사업의 일환으로 추진 중인 ‘구직자 맞춤형 취업역량 강화교육’이 구직자들의 직무 역량을 높이고 취업 연계에 실질적으로 도움이 되는 교육 프로그램으로 자리 잡았다고 밝혔다.
제천시 일자리종합지원센터에서는 앞으로도 효율적이고 내실 있는 맞춤형 교육 운영을 위해 수업 내용을 꾸준히 보완해 나갈 계획이다.
