【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자= (재) 충북테크노파크 스마트제조혁신센터가 도내 중소·중견기업의 공정 혁신과 제품 경쟁력 강화를 위한 시뮬레이션 기술지원에 나선다.
충북TP는 12일 시뮬레이션 기술지원 1차 선정기업과 협약을 체결하고 도내 13개 기업을 대상으로 맞춤형 기술서비스 지원을 본격화한다.
이번 사업은 산업통상부, 충청북도, 청주시의 지원을 받아 충북테크노파크가 주관·운영하는 ‘충북청주 공정혁신시뮬레이션센터 구축 및 운영사업’의 일환으로, 충북 지역의 핵심 산업인 반도체 및 이차전지 분야 전·후방 제조기업의 기술 애로 해소와 디지털 제조혁신 촉진을 목적으로 추진된다.
충북TP는 사업 추진 첫해인 2024년 기업지원 100건을 시작으로 2025년 150건, 2026년 180건까지 지원 규모를 단계적으로 확대하며 도내 기업 지원을 지속적으로 강화하고 있다.
선정된 기업은 최대 1,600만원 이내의 기술용역 비용을 지원받아 △모델링(설계) △구조 △공정계획 △유동 △사출 등 다양한 시뮬레이션을 수행하고, 이를 통해 △제품 성능 향상 △공정 최적화 △해석 기반 품질 검증 등 기업 맞춤형 시뮬레이션 서비스를 제공받게 된다.
충북TP는 또한 오는 4월 1일부터 6월 1일까지 ‘공정혁신 시뮬레이션 기술지원 수혜기업’ 2차 모집을 진행할 계획이다.
박순기 원장은 “시뮬레이션 기반 공정혁신 지원을 통해 도내 기업들이 기술적 애로를 해소하고 제품 경쟁력을 한층 강화할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다.
또한 해당 사업을 통해 주관기관인 충북TP는 참여기관인 한국기계연구원, 한국과학기술정보연구원, 한국표준협회와 함께 23건의 시뮬레이션 SW 장비를 구축하고 7건의 AI 기반 공정 시뮬레이션 SW를 개발했으며, 올해는 20건의 장비를 추가로 구비할 계획이다.
충북TP 스마트제조혁신센터는 해당 사업을 통해 AI 기반 시뮬레이션 7종과 개방형 클라우드 시뮬레이션 19종을 구축 중이며, 향후 AX 실증산단 구축사업과 첨단제조로봇 실증사업 등 공정 및 제조로봇 분야 혁신지원을 위한 국비사업 확보에도 박차를 가하고 있다.
한편, 충북청주 공정혁신시뮬레이션센터는 도내 기업의 제품 및 공정 고도화를 지원하기 위해 청주 복대동 스타에이치에 입주공간을 조성하고 입주 기업을 상시 모집하고 있다. 입주 기업은 센터 내 회의실과 교육실 등을 활용할 수 있으며 시뮬레이션 지원사업과의 우선 연계 혜택도 제공받을 수 있다.

On the 12th, the Chungbuk TP signed an agreement with the first batch of companies selected for simulation technology support and will begin providing customized technology services to the 13 companies in the province.
This project is part of the "Chungbuk Cheongju Process Innovation Simulation Center Construction and Operation Project," hosted and operated by Chungbuk Technopark with support from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, Chungcheongbuk-do Province, and Cheongju City.
