이번 프로그램은 유아를 대상으로 하는 ‘유아 숲 교육’과 청소년과 일반인을 위한 ‘숲 해설 프로그램’으로 나눠 진행된다.
유아 숲 교육은 어린이집과 유치원 등에서 참여할 수 있으며, 전문 유아숲지도사가 숲속에서 다양한 동식물 관찰과 자연 체험 활동을 지도한다.
숲 해설 프로그램은 전문 숲 해설사와 함께 숲길을 걸으며 생태계의 특징과 숲의 중요성을 배우는 과정이다.
모든 프로그램은 무료로 사전 예약(숲나들e)을 통해 참여할 수 있으며, 우천 시 일부 프로그램은 제한될 수 있다.
