진천군, 통합돌봄 시행 대비 실무자 역량 강화 교육 진행

  군은 26일 생거진천종합사회복지관에서 7개 읍·면 통합돌봄 담당 공무원 30여 명을 대상으로 ‘2026년 읍면 통합돌봄 실무 역량 강화 교육’을 실시했다.

  현재 한국보건복지인재원과 사회서비스원 등 관계 기관에서 담당자 대상 교육을 활발히 진행하고 있지만 진천군은 수년간 ‘생거진천형 통합돌봄’ 운영하며 노하우를 쌓아온 만큼 자체 교육을 기획해 추진하고 있다.

  이번 교육은 주민복지과 통합돌봄팀 주관으로 진행됐으며, 전국 시행에 맞춰 개편되는 통합돌봄 사업 절차와 본인부담금 변경 사항 등을 중심으로 현장 적용 능력을 높이는 데 중점을 뒀다. 

  또한 실무자 간 애로사항을 공유하며 대응 방안을 함께 논의하는 시간도 마련됐다.

  이에 앞서 군은 지난 17일, ‘행복e음’에 새롭게 구축된 통합돌봄 시스템 교육을 비대면으로 실시해 실무자들의 업무 이해도를 높이고 시행 초기 혼선을 최소화했다.

  김남현 군 주민복지과장은 “법 시행은 지역사회 돌봄 체계가 한 단계 도약하는 중요한 계기”라며 “현장 최일선에 있는 읍·면 담당자들의 전문성을 높여 군민들이 살던 곳에서 안정적으로 생활할 수 있도록 통합돌봄 사업 정착에 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
