【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=옥천군 농촌활력지원센터는 2026년 시군역량강화사업(인적자원 육성)의 일환으로 추진한 ‘퍼실리테이터 양성과정’을 성공적으로 마무리하고, 총 24명의 수료생을 배출했다고 밝혔다.
이번 교육과정은 3월 7일부터 3월 28일까지 총 4회차, 32시간에 걸쳐 진행됐으며, 주민 간 소통과 협업을 이끌 수 있는 전문 퍼실리테이터 양성을 목표로 추진됐다.
이에 따라 교육은 단계별 체계적인 커리큘럼으로 구성됐다. ▲1일차 퍼실리테이션 개념과 철학 ▲2일차 퍼실리테이션 기본역량 ▲3일차 퍼실리테이션 전문기법과 도구 ▲4일차 워크숍 기획 및 설계 과정으로 운영되며, 참여자들의 이해도를 높이는 데 중점을 뒀다.
특히 참여자들은 이론 교육에 더해 실습 중심의 워크숍에 참여하며 회의 운영, 갈등 조정, 주민 참여 유도 등 현장에서 즉시 활용 가능한 실무 역량을 집중적으로 향상시켰다. 이러한 과정은 단순한 이론 습득을 넘어 실제 지역 현장에서 적용 가능한 역량 강화로 이어졌다는 평가다.
농촌활력과 김정순 과장은 “퍼실리테이터는 주민 간 소통과 협력을 이끄는 중요한 역할을 하는 만큼, 이번 교육을 통해 양성된 인력이 지역 곳곳에서 활발히 활동하길 기대한다”며 “앞으로도 주민 역량 강화를 위한 다양한 교육과 지원을 지속적으로 추진하겠다”고 말했다.
한편, 센터는 수료생 간 네트워크 구축과 지속적인 역량 강화를 지원해 주민 참여 기반의 지역 활성화를 이어나갈 계획이다.
