전북 부안군이 민선 7기 핵심사업의 하나로 추진 중인 「동학농민혁명 부안 백산성지 조성 및 세계시민혁명의 전당 건립사업」을 위한 국가 예산 2억원(총사업비 271억원)을 확보했다.
